Pathweaver was an Australian adventure creation system, developed by teacher Dean Hodgson c.1985, to allow students to create their own simple games. Games with up to 50 locations could be created. The system came with several sample example adventures on the disk, which could be edited.
(As well as a beginner's adventure, a very short adventure called emerald hunt, and a version of the system author's own game Treasure Isle, some archived versions of the system disk also have (incomplete) adventures produced by students)
A later rewrite of the system, which included graphics, Trailblazer was completed but never released.
