Synopsis

When news of your Uncle Nigel's death reached you at Oxford, you were at first saddened, but then you remembered that if his will is in order, you become the heir to Grim Oak Manor, the envy of Oil Potentates and Donald Trumps all over the world.

Unfortunately, the will cannot be found. You feel certain that it's somewhere at the Manor so you decide to go there for a weekend and try to find it. If you do, and then call the collection firm that holds the mortgage, the Manor is yours.
