THE PYRAMID
Written by S. W. Lucas
Walk Through by Dorothy Millard (C64 Version)

Scenario:
The object of the adventure is to enter the pyramid of Rubyin, find the Ruby of Lilis and leave the
pyramid alive with it.

Walk Through:
(Start in the desert at the entrance to an enormous pyramid), GET ROPE, GET TORCH, IN (to a gloomy
chamber), D (into a gloomy cavern - don't talk to the lizard), PULL LEVER (you hear a distant
rumbling), UP (back to gloomy chamber where you now see that a secret panel has moved aside), E
(into a vast chamber), GET PLANK (of wood - leave the sword and phial), W, D, S (to edge of a
bottomless pit - leave the statue), DROP PLANK (it stretches across the pit), E (into a vast hall),
READ SCROLL (when translated it reads "Beware of the fish! The word FINGLOW is also inscribed
on it), W, S (to southern side of pit).

E (to narrow ledge), S (ignore the little bird), S (into anteroom - ignore the serpent and
don't go east or you will be trapped by it), W (onto the shore of a vast subterranean lake),
SWIM (across to an enormous cavern - note don't swim back or you will be attacked by a strange
fish), S (into the hall of the gods which appears to be a dead end - ignore the casket and
don't try to open it, or you will be bitten by a spider), TALK CREATURE (you are asked the
password), FINGLOW (you are shown a passage into a room where the floor is littered with bodies).

S (into a small chamber), E (into room of mirrors), GET RUBY (of Lilis), S (to the foot of a giant
statue where you see a passage high above you and a metal ring fastened above), THROW ROPE (it
catches on the hook), CLIMB ROPE, W (by panel), PUSH SEPULCHRE (must be carrying the ruby - you push
and end up outside).

Well Done. You have found the ruby
and escaped from the pyramid safely.
