All Infocom adventure games can be run on a PC using the amazing "Windows Fronz" program.
The Z type Infocom files are available on the Internet. Just select "All Files" and run the DAT file for each.

Enjoy

It is Windows FROTZ. FROTZ can be used for MS-DOS, Windows, OS/2, Amiga,
Unix, and Apple IIgs.

Also, there are at least two versions of Windows Frotz, one of which is called WinFrotz. I think they're separate ports of the original Frotz code to Windows, not branches of the same project, but I could be mistaken.
And then, of course, there are all the other Windows ZMachines. Filfre and Nitfol spring to mind, and there's also the multi-format Gargoyle.
