Errors in solution

How does one go about flagging errors in published solutions?

I've just completed Red Alert from Zenobi, and as is my practice I have check the published solution against my map and notes. The solution misses a step in part 1 which is necessary to complete part 2. Also there is an error in the solution to part 2, referencing a non-existent object and exit.

I am wary of giving details in the comments as this will cause spoilers for those players who want to attempt the game without help.

BTW, the solution submitted by Stefano makes it quite clear that it has been prepared from the author's scribbled notes, so it may contain faults.

It's probably best to submit a new solution with a comment that this new solution corrects errors in the existing solution. If you wish for the person who submitted the original solution to retain a credit for the updated solution you should also mention this in the comment.
