Stevie Strowbridge has uploaded some videos to YouTube that give an introduction to installing and using CoCo emulators, with the promise that he will upload more in the future. Alongside the videos you should also read the comments as some of the comments contain useful information.
Note that XRoar also emulates the Dragon and is not restricted to MS Windows. Also if you have no interest in using joysticks with these emulators you may wish to give the last ten minutes of each video a miss.
