Hello folks out there.

I have made a millimetre of progress.

You will recall I was done, Part 1, did part 2, did part 3. Now I need to reload Part 1.

All of this is in Spectaculator.

Then, I press M, and it gives me the correct toolbar at the top. Using the right cursor key, I can highlight ...

Funny I have platform 4 in Part 1, not platform 2.

OK I'll try this.

Thanks

At this point I only want to load the game, and find out whether I load it into Part 1 or Part 3.

No solution needed as yet.

What's this M menu you are talking about?

Using Spectaculator, I was able to save Part 1, load Part 2, and insert Part 1 into it. I (think) I can save Part 2, but can't ...

Thank you gentlemen.

I've tried every possible combination of SHIFT, CONTROL and ALT, using P and 2 and +2, but this doesn't work (under XZ emulator)

Spectaculator (which doesn't have the quotation problem) actually manages to save the game (at least I think it does), what I can't do is load it ...

lamberly mystery

Hi out there.

I am trying to play Lamberly Mystery, a Sherlock Holmes adventure for which I can find no solution. It is a 3-part adventure found under Zenobi 48 games on WOS, labelled Mystery 1, 2 and 3.

I have managed to "finish" part 1, save the game (you do this on the train), open part 2, and ...

I like the layout of the mockup. Alastair's suggestion about a vertical listing sounds good.

I have no recollection of saying what I said about Scott Adam's game, though maybe you only wrote this as an example. I didn't think he wrote it. I'm curious - you did make it up, didn't you?

I'm resigned ...

I too, have completed a solution for Corporal Stone. I suppose it may depend on who sends the solution to Jacob first, as to which one he posts. If yours is beter than mine, I don't mind if yours supercedes mine.

Absolutely. I don't think there is any way since there is no internal logic to the game. The random features would drive some people nuts as well.

BTW - I think you only get notifications if a private message has been sent, not posts to the regular forum.

I found the gate.

I think I am finished. The message said congratulations on the election to the council.

325 points. Is that the maximum?

The most unusual issue I think, is that so many things are random - the locations, your treasures being taken by the pirate, the elevators not working. I ...

Thank you. Yes, I found another way.

However two other questions:
1. Is the beach house, the same as the bathing hut? I have not found the beach house so I am hoping they are one and the same place, and that is the place to drop the treasures.

2. The old man and the laurel wreath, water bottle ...

I did type Hint, and it told me that I could wander around and someone may help, or I needed to get back to (I think) the ZZZZ room, which I can't seem to do.

I think I have solved all I can do to this point, though I may be wrong here.

Yes, of course, I have many unfinished games.

The difficulty is with the guard sobering up since I don't know where to refill the empty vodka bottle before he does so.

See? See? I told you so  You should listen to this old lady. Three kinds of swords that start with "v"???

Now, if either of you are wanting to tackle Fredreick's game suggestion of Cottage, I am stuck there...
