Juan

Remember that going south then going back north does not always take you back to the original location.

I have sent Guiness my map I hope he can get it onto the forum.

GAMES

Hi,

I have two games which I have re-written, both were originally for the Spectrum and C64.

They are both just pure text adventures, one is a small funny game, and the other a larger adventure full of fairies, imps and talking animals.

One is called Birthday Surprise and the other A Hero for ...

Hi,

Is there anyone out there who would be willing to have a look at a game that I have written on the writing utility ACE.

If so I can send the data file attached to email. You will require the ACE.exe to run the game.

Please note thaat this game will NOT run with Vista.

Cheers

maps

I have always used the old fashion way of pen and paper.

I did try using Word but got so confused when the mapping area is so big, you tend to end up with lots of papers and then have to number them, its confusing.

My friend uses Excel.

Aha - now I have the violin and the power pack...

I had tried the floorboards in the shed but obviously hadn't got the crowbar.

This just leaves me with the globe problem - how to get whatever is inside it... Any tips here?

Hi Juan

It seems I made a mistake in that my crystal goblet is NOT broken. I found mine from the room where the sapphire was in the stalactite, go N, E, E, is this the same as yours?

ACE

Hi all,

Sorry I didn't reply to the question regarding the 'lost' web address.

I see it has now been found.

I would recommend you giving it a go at programming on this utility - if I can do it you can.....

Terri,

Try jumping on the sofa.

I have nothing in my notes re the pub.

You get the knife from the soldier.

Give the passport to the painter.

My hints only say I have got 80% - so if you get 100% let me know.

Hi Terri,

Have you climbed onto the top of the cupboard?

There are some documents.

You need a uniform.

You need to enter a waterfall, then examine crevice.

Have you shot the soldier and the dog.

Skin the dog!!!

Wear the skin.

This should be near the end of the adventure.
