Despite being advertised and even offered as a competition prize, the C64 conversion of Heavy on the Magick was cancelled before release according the programmer assigned to the project, Jon Simcox.
Possibly my all time favourite Speccy game, although only tangential to the classic text adventure genre (I'm not yet sure if it qualifies or not). The Carter / Follis duo packed content, atmosphere, ingenuity and flair with a sense of style in 48k that very few others have achieved. Brilliant design, a mix of visual and word riddling, and the hermetic tradition theme makes this a ride like no other.
