Keetie,
I have no experience using any QL emulator but I have found a page (http://www.dilwyn.me.uk/emu/index.html) which lists and gives an overview of a number of emulators. Not knowing which emulators you have tried, it is a little difficult to know if the page lists any emulator that is new to you. ;)

Yes, I knew that one and downloaded some. They do run, but in fact my trouble is how do I handle files?
