updating CASA

Jacob, you may need to explain to us/me (old fogies) why the system is outdated. Once one logs on, one can see where new messages are posted. You can read what you want to read, print if anything needs to be printed, respond, etc.
So, the issue must be how much time/effort it takes for you to maintain this. I kinda thought it was all automatic (other than you giving some direction). If you manually need to do everything, then I can understand why it is tedious.
Of course I understand that in this day and age, systems become outdated in months, let alone years. I am for anything that will make life easier for you and I trust that any changes will accomplish that. But please do not make it more complicated for us to access. I too am well aware that once you have mastered all there is to do, it's "old-hat", and life goes on. I am just one of those old people who says "does it have to go that fast?"
OK - I have finished my rant. Do what you need to do and I will adjust, given that I am motivated to do so (I love you).
Why, why, why, can't life go at the pace I want it to go????
