Cranston Manor For The North Star

The .nsi file for Cranston Manor (cranst.nsi) appears to be corrupted. I downloaded the 88kb single density file from two separate web sites bu they both appear to be buggered. I have the text only version for the Atari (and the split text/graphics version for the Apple II) which I can run via Altirra and AppleWin respectively but I wondered if anyone has a working North Star copy.
