I've added a warning to the "Notes", please check it to see if I have got it right.
Looks good to me. Well done for sorting out that problematic entry, I'm sure that'll help some of the people that have obviously got frustrated with the game in the recent past (such as the guy who made the YouTube video).

Appreciated, this is useful to know. For the record, the D64 file hosted on 8bitfiles seems to be in good condition - at least, it shows the recorder, and it is possible to take it.
What is the filename of the file you got from 8bitfiles? The one I've downloaded doesn't show the recorder in the first location.

Same over here. If you are interested I can send you the tape file. It takes some minutes to load even on an emulator.

I did some poking around on 8bitfiles and both copies that I found were bad. They were both disk images. Are you saying there's a tape image?

Yes that would be great; I'd like to pass it on to SeasickSteve.

Yes, not on 8bitfiles, but I got it from someone who made it from his original copy.

Gotcha. In that case, I wouldn't mind a copy too. It's got me a bit intrigued.

Thanks for the file Alex. I've put it temporarily up here...

(P.S. I'll never cease to be amazed how slow the C64 is in loading stuff

)

Well it would be nice an emulator could speed up the loading a bit, but then again when I had my first MSX computer it was normal it would take up to 15 mintues for a 64k game to load

Received. Thanks. I can see the recorder on the first screen.
You were right, though. It sure does take a long time to load.

I wouldn't be surprised if the original game came on tape only and the game became corrupted when someone tried copying it to disk.

The file I found was reachable through
this link, but I just noticed it is a remote redirect away from 8bitfiles to the Unrenamed FTP Archive. In any case, that is a D64 copy apparently in good condition, but the tape file is a better preservation of the original. Thanks for posting it.

This is different to the other two files on 8bitfiles and it shows the recorder in the first location, so, on the surface, it looks like a good file.
