Looking for a Game Title

#1 Post by LoneWolfgang22 »

Apologies if this is annoying or 'not cool' or anything, but I've been dying to find out the name of this game that I used to play in Elementary school on our Apple II's. I would frequently play it during computer lab time, and unfortunately I don't remember much, but I'll tell you what I do know.

I guess it would be considered an RPG-style game, and it featured you as a student (I believe) walking about a school (again, I believe...it's been awhile, haha). The thing that I remember most is that I would find this gem on the ground, and would later find a locked computer room with a gem shaped keyhole, but I couldn't, for the life of me, figure out how to put the gem that I had found in the keyhole. Also, I vaguely remember something about possibly ending up on the roof of the school, talking to a coach or security guard or something.

I know that I didn't give much information, but I figured that someone here may know something about it, because I've seriously been bugged by that blasted gem-shaped keyhole for about 12 years. So any help would be great, but I defintely understand if none can be provided. Thanks!

No, the question is perfectly fine, though I'm not all that well versed in the Apple II games. Hopefully some of the board's users know more than me?

in my school we used to play Dinosaur Discovery and Flowers of Crystal and I've looked for years for apple II disk images but to no avail..

your game description does not ring any bells for me.
