Should I add all company names to games on CASA, e.g. for rereleases?
E.g.:
Smuggler's Cove is listed as Quicksilva (who released the original for the ZX Spectrum). It was later released on the Amstrad CPC by Camel Micros then rereleased on the Amstrad by CRL.
Cloak of Death is listed as Mind Games. It was also rereleased by Bug-Byte.
Also is the blurb from the inlay okay for the synopsis?
Thanks

Re: Company Names
We only list original releases, so re-releases are not featured. However, if a game was released by A for computer X and later by B for computer Y then both A and B should be listed. We can make a note of which company released the game for which machine.
Oh, and blurbs as well as personal write-ups are both just fine

Re: Company Names
Does a game converted from one medium to another (e.g., cassette to disc) count as an original or a re-release? Specifically, Orange Software published disc versions of Quickbeam Software's Dragon games, and at present the entries for Terror Castle (Dragon name) and The Shrunken Scientist (again Dragon name) list both companies.Gunness wrote:We only list original releases, so re-releases are not featured.
