Follow these steps:
1. Search for 'elf christmas' (without the quotes). You get (0 results) and the 'Your search returned no games. Maybe refining it will help.' message.
2. Click on the 'refining', '#' or any of the alphabetic character links and you get a '403 Forbidden' error.
This may be related to the earlier issue where you got an error after doing a search with a space between words.

Yes, it is the same issue. The space is not correctly encoded in the URI and therefore, some security module of the webserver blocks access.

It seems that the space should be encoded as a plus sign + and not as %20
Or of course that server "feature" could be turned off.
