Re: Spectrum Adventures
I always use the ZXspectrum4 emulator which has a load and save mem option. To enter the commands in this game you have to enter them in capitals to be recognised. The programm has a total of 19 verbs. To walk around you have to enter GO followed by the direction you want to go.

Re: The Galleon c64
I now can get 264 from 666 points but still have a lot of questions.
Someone any idea with the following problem:
The gremlin inside the monastery asks me to retrieve the savings-box which has been stolen by the amazon. I found a map in the possession of the amazon which indicates where to find ...

Re: Deja Vu - eine phantastiche geschichte
I have been playing the Atari version for a while now and did manage to solve some problems I had with the c64 version. However I still have the following problems (some new and some old):
-Is there a way to avoid the fox is being scared and runs away?
-Whats's the purpose of entering the vulcano ...

Re: Deja Vu - eine phantastiche geschichte
I just found an atari version which hasn't the same bug as the previous version I owned. The squirrel needed the haselnuesse(nuts) after all and gives another one of the magic words. Also I now was able to get the branches. I didn't find a solution to the fox however. The fourth disk of the atari ...

Re: Deja Vu - eine phantastiche geschichte
Cheating the game I finally found the magic ball (KUGEL) and reached the end of the game. To end the game properly without cheating I still need the answers to the following questions:
-Where to get the missing two magic words needed to form the final magic word ANFANG to say at the end of the game ...

Re: The Galleon c64
I'm a bit further. I do have 105 points now.
I 'm having the following urgent problems:
-I don't know how to release the people of your village from the mine without getting killed by the orc slave drivers (I need to do this to get the amulet from Musclehead).
-I don't know how to get the silver ...

Re: The Galleon c64
well the game is rather big. It has over 250 rooms and 97 characters/monsters. I'm playing it now for allmost a week. It took me a while to map because the mayority of the locations especially the forest, the mountains and underground are mazes. But at last I've done that and I can try solving the ...

Re: The Galleon c64
Being hopelessly lost I hacked the game a bit  . I now have infinite matches, money, spelpoints, have learned all the spells and can travel to any location I want. This answered some of the above questions. But I'm still finding a proper way of earning enough money to free Raernon and I don't ...

The Galleon c64
I'm playing the galleon on the C64 for a while now but must admit to being completely stuck and I only have been able to get some mere 50 points out of 666. Has someone played this game before or does someone want to give it a try?

Re: Any French Speakers on here?
Tonight I played La Caverne des Morlocks. The dumb thing is that the cavern exists of 60 rooms and at the beginning of the game at random one of them is choosen to be the room that ends the game. The only way to solve this game is to wander around all the rooms untill by chance you enter this room ...

Re: Any French Speakers on here?
La Caverne des Morlocks is an adventure game but the known verbs are very basic it only understands North, South, West, East and Inventory . Whenever you encounter an object or require some other kind of action, the game asks you a question which you have to answer with yes or no. (all the commands ...

Re: C64 Ripper Help - Avalon Hill 1984
I tried playing it myself today and have added some hints but I must admit I got stuck at several points:
-I guess you have to find some way to open the fireplace but I don't know how.
-After passing the grate you tumble down into a dark place. Unfortunately I loose my lit candle in doing this and ...

Re: Programmer's help wanted - "Verschollen im Nirgendwo"
This a weird adventure game because allmost all the puzzles and objects seem useless. You can go straight to the end location without using any object. The only problem is that you can't enter the code for some reason. I solved the game by first collecting all the objects (messer, schauffel,kästchen ...
