I presently have the sword, talisman, card and jar. I have spent some time on the Steep Path trying to figure out what to do with the 'thick brown liquid' to no avail. - and have died more than once on the old path due to insects...slight nudges, that I can use when I return home next week, would be ...

This game sounds like fun, and something I can maybe actually finish in the few hours I have to spare before going back to work. I've only just started so all I've managed to do so far is get past the ants and find myself standing outside a pokey wizards cave... Is anyone mapping this one as they go ...

The main one I play via emu is the Apple ][ since it's one I did not have back in the day.

Hmmm, definitely north of the north bank of the lava river - which I think I got to after prying the floorboard with the crowbar in the toolshed then moving north several times...

I *think* I remember the maze entrance being north of the lava river.... So east end of switch room->w->n->n->n->

As I recall I found a violin along with some batteries in the maze...

This was one of my all time favorites. Lets see how good my memory is. I seem to recall using the crowbar in the quarry to move a boulder. As for the hard disk, I think there is a computer room at the end of a long or winding passage (which on my map was in the lower left hand corner..). Hope this ...

Need help running game

I'm interested in playing this game but, as seems to be my usual, I'm having trouble getting it to run on my Speculator emu. I get as far as the title screen, then press [spacebar] as nothing seems to be happening, then end up with only a black screen... Any advice appreciated.

Escape from Enthar 7

This one sounds like fun. I've downloaded it and hope to get in some playing time this weekend. If I stumble on any answers I will post them here - although it's more likely I'll be posting questions :|

Back to this game then. Well, actually, I haven't crossed the lake. I've only just now drained it and am looking for a way across.

I'm glad to hear this game is better than Firiendwood.

I've spent more time with the sequel than the original and I don't find it worthy either. This is really starting to worry me. I hate to think that all the *good* games have already been solved and that all that remain are the games that can't be solved due to errors/bugs or unfathomable GTV.

Woodland Terror

I've done a bit of exploring on this one. It seems to have quite a number of deadly spots and some random ones as well. I've visited maybe 30 locations so far and have only found 2 items of any use. Anyone have any beginners tips/hints? A light source would be especially helpful.

So little time to play tonight. I'm just now getting to the "speak thy reply" area...Thanks for all the help so far.

Is anyone creating a map as they go? I doubt my notes will make much of a solution but I am mapping...
