I couldn't agree more about Under a Steel Sky. I bought it and played it back then and totally enjoyed it.

re: Nancy Drew. The books are a series of adventures starring a spunky (ahead of her time for her day) young woman who solves mysteries. The computer games are apparently aimed at girls ages 8 ...

Thanks to Guido for helping me get this one running. Who else is playing? I've just taken a quick look around about 15 locations and so far there isn't much to do (very much like the first game). I did managed to get killed by a droid with a baseball bat :)

I agree. The Legend of Kyrandia games are great. Anyone who hasn't played them should.

Oh but no, I did a bit of exploring in the castle, and see that it is yet another maze. I'm about to pull the last hair out of my head and erase this game off my HD. But, I don't want to leave you all alone on this game, so in an effort to get myself caught up with you, I believe I will take you up ...

Moon Magic 2

I need some help getting this one to run. I didn't see a seperate file for it at WoS, but I found a compilation tape (I think that's what you call it) that is supposed to have the game on it. When I load the file, some other game comes up and I don't know how to get to the correct part of the tape ...

I have a stack of point and click Nancy Drew games that I occasionally play, but I always seem to go back to playing the oldies.

Actually, I quit using GUEMap and am now using Visio so I can submit the map in jpeg format unless you would prefer another format.

I just finished the game - that has to be one of the lamest endings ever. I wonder if anyone ever calls the phone number?

Okay, who is writing the solution for this one? I've been keeping a map that I can submit, once I finish the game that is.

I could have sworn I tried "knock door" at the castle (carrying the rat in a trap), hmmm, will try that again tomorrow. I did find the gold and silver nuts in the forest and used them to get to the wand part - is there something else in another maze I need to find? [please say no - I don't think I ...

I'm such an idiot - I kept lighting the dynamite instead of the fuse. . Okay, I've got my goggles and code key, just need to figure out where to use them.

Hmmm, I haven't seen a chain to pull or anything suspicious on the floor...I must be missing an entire area somewhere. Do the footprints in the dust in the council room mean anything?
