The key is simply there to allow you to GO BACK through the doorback you went through to get to the cap and key. Nothing else (I suspect)

Hey presto,
I've made some more progress. Throw your newly found cap in the right spot and you'll progress (found out by pure luck).
Anyway, I've now reached a spot where the game crashes :(

Drak

Well, I've made a bit of progress...

the plant will not eat you if you smell the right (wrong?) way.
Also, I've managed to tie up (BIND) Egor, though to what purpose I really don't know. Haven't found any use for the cap, either.

I don't think African Safari ever gathered a lot of fans, so that's probably why this has been ignored, too :) If this is really from 1988, it's quite amazing that the graphics haven't improved at all over AS. Anyway, I'll give it a go.

I just tested the solution, and it works just fine. When you are approached by the lion
LOOK AT LION
TOTO, TALK TO LION (note that typing "Toto" by itself doesn't do anything)
TAKE LION

There are no words missing. Let me know if it doesn't work!

Well, the game is joystick controlled, but every emulator has a built-in "virtual joystick". Usually you can use the arrow keys as a joystick. I use VICE myself - in that, you choose Settings -> Joystick settings and set up whatever keys you prefer from there.

Stifflip & co.

On behalf of Dimitris Kiminas (from Gamebase64), I've promised to ask whether anyone has played this game - Dimitris is stuck halfway through part one.

Well, that's pretty much my sentiment, too. Do you have any ideas how to fix this?

Because noone sent me one ;) But I guess that you'll be kind enough to send one once you've completed the game!

The site is in italian only because I guess it's quite simple to figure out how to browse through the site :)

Hehe, quite right - though I'm still trying to figure out what the Peach Pit is, apart from being a sleazy joint in a cheezy teen show on tv :)

Do you want save states as well, or just ...

Is this part of the forum useful?

I've been thinking.... this part of the forum (Want to play?) was meant to make it easier for people to find someone to team up with when playing a new game. Well, that was the major plan, anyway :)

But maybe it's just annoying having to post here and then in another section in order to get the ...

Hi Vaz!
Welcome to the board. That's quite an original idea you have there - I could probably mention a few games that I'll never have the patience to go through, so this is an excellent service :D

I just checked your site, and for those of us whose Italian is a bit rusty... how do people submit ...
