You are trapped in a shopping centre during an earthquake. There is a way out, but you need help. To save yourself, you have to be a hero and save others first.
Originally listed on here with a 1983 date, the advert in Sync Magazine, Volume 2, Number 4 (July/August 1982), lists available platforms as Timex Sinclair, TRS-80, TRS-80 Coco, OSI, and Vic-20. An official C64 version was published in 1983.
A version of the game, titled Shakey City, is on several archive sites. This seems like an unofficial port; or hacked version, as the colours/layout are different; and is often incorrectly attributed to The Guild Adventure Software; probably due to a later "public domain" release.
Jim Gerrie has created a version of the game for the TRS-80 MC-10.

The downloadable vic20 versions are buggy. It breaks right after you used baking soda, with a syntax error in 740, whatever memory configuration I'm using, so I tested the C64 version.
A good game, but the "go + direction" is boring and outdated for a game published in 1982-1983.
But I do appreciate that for once, we are not alone in this adventure :)
