From the time hence, many a bold youth has ventured into the wizard's castle. As of now, none has ever emerged victoriously! Beware!!
Originally published as a type-in in Recreational Computing, July-August 1980. Written for the 16K or larger Exidy Sorcerer, the accompanying article states there were versions available for TRS-80 and HP 2000 BASIC.
H. A. Lautenbach produced a version for "DISKBASIC" in 1981.
A port to Microsoft BASIC was produced by J.F. Stetson.
Colin Appleby ported the game to NewBrain.
The game has been unofficially ported to the Amstrad CPC by Carsten Dost (SRS).
