Dr Livingston is again lost in the darkest out-reaches of Africa. His rescue is your overall objective. In addition to Livingston, you will earn points for each object you get and return to a secret location, but some objects may be put to better use during your adventure.
This adventure is an unofficial port of Dr. Livingston. The original version was published in SoftSide magazine for the TRS-80 and later ported to the Apple II by Carl Mueller.
This version was ported to the Commodore PET by David Malmberg and subsequently ported to the Commodore 64 (several versions) by one or more unknown authors. It has been extensively modified from the TRS-80 original with extra objects, slightly different puzzles and different scoring.
David Malmberg's verion was further expanded and ported to MSDOS by Tony Baechler. That versions seems to date from around 1987, going on other archive sites.
