The Valley of the Kings is well-known as the burial place of the ancient pharaohs of Egypt during the 18th to 20th dynasties. At the time this adventure was written, 62 tombs had been identified, including that of the fabled Tutankhamun. (Another tomb was discovered in 2005.)
The tomb of King Khnum was never found due to the great flood. Rumours indicate that it is full of treasures, but it is heavily protected against thieves. Your task is to find the entrance to the tomb, as this could be of great archaeological significance.
The adventure begins in your tent in the desert. The sun is blazing down and you are surrounded by miles of sand. All in a day's work for an Egyptologist.
The game was published in The Grim Reaper, issue 11, September 1993.
