THUNDER ROAD
Written by Don & Freda Bonner
Walk Through by Dorothy Millard (C64 Version)

Scenario
You must try to deliver White-Lightening (Moonshine) from your farm in Possum Hollow through the
hills and hollows to Knawbone, but you must watch out for the revenuer and the sheriff. This is
your last run and if you are successful you will have enough money to go to college.

Notes
1. It is very easy to die in this game by going in the wrong direction. There are a lot of death
situations.

BLOCK (you are past it), W (T in road), N (side of road by cliff - something is wrong with the car),
EXAMINE CAR, EXIT CAR, EXAMINE CAR (it has two flat tires), CHANGE TIRES (you get back in the car),

bridge), READ SIGN (the bridge is out), HELP (get out of the car), EXIT CAR, LOOK (see some high
bushes and tree limbs on the side of the road and an old pipe), EXAMINE TREES (there is an old road
behind the tress), MOVE TREES (you are on an old abandoned road), S (dead end road - the revenuers
are about three miles back and you see a locked gate), UNLOCK GATE (you are in farmer Brown's
pasture - note there is a bull to the west who will charge the car if you go that way and if you go
south you will be stuck in the lake), E (main road), READ SIGN (Knawbone 2 miles), N (narrow bridge
which is closed for repairs), HELP (jump it), JUMP RIDGE (you are on the other side of the bridge),
