materialise in the entrance hall - 5 points), N (main hall), EXAMINE CHAIRS, GET SCROLL (fine),
EXAMINE SCROLL (light), W (you bounce off an invisible barrier and hear a voice telling you to go to
the library), E (library where you meet the Wizard Morden), EXAMINE, MORDEN, ASK WIZARD ABOUT ELF,
EXAMINE BOOKCASES, GET BOOK (The Legends and Lore of Pentari), READ LEGENDS, LOOK UP ELF IN LEGENDS,
LOOK UP PENTARI IN LEGENDS, LOOK UP MAGIC IN LEGENDS.
COVERT (transported to castle), S (castle entrance where you see a magical seal), GET SEAL
(it's fixed in place), EXAMINE SEAL, SMASH SEAL (10 points), N, W (audience chamber), EXAMINE
THRONE, EXAMINE STANDARD, E, N (main hall), EXAMINE COUCHES, EXAMINE TAPESTRIES, N (by fireplace),
EXAMINE FIREPLACE (see a glint of light through a small opening in some of the brickwork), IN
(fireplace), GET SCROLL (10 points), EXAMINE SCROLL, OUT, S, E (spiral stairway), N (dining room),
EXAMINE TABLE, EXAMINE CHAIR, EXAMINE PAINTINGS, GET TOWEL, EXAMINE TOWEL, N (kitchen), EXAMINE

- note the elf mustn't be in the room when you do this), LOOK IN CHEST (see emerald), GET
EMERALD (5 points), EXAMINE EMERALD, PUT EMERALD IN TOWEL, S, E, E (spiral stairway), U (upper level
where a solid platinum box is on the floor), EXAMINE BOX (has a slot in the top), GET EMERALD (from
the towel), PUT EMERALD ON BOX, LOOK.
