Walk Through by Dorothy Millard (C64 Version)

Scenario:
The evil troll has hidden all the treasures of Mark, the Dwarf King and you must help King Mark find
is treasures.  You can't take a treasure if the troll is in the same location as the treasure
and to make the troll go away you have to make the picture change - just leave the location then
return!

Walk Through::
(Start facing a dark cave), GO SOUTH (into field), TAKE FLASHLIGHT (1st Treasure), GO MOUNTAINS IN
THE WEST, READ TABLET, GO FIELD NEAR CAVE, READ SIGN, GO TOWARD CAVE, TURN ON FLASHLIGHT AND GO INTO
CAVE, GO TUNNEL EAST, GO THROUGH DOOR EAST, TAKE CANDY SUCKER (2nd Treasure), GO THROUGH DOOR LEFT,
CRAWL INTO CAVE NORTH (statue), TAKE DIAMOND RING (3rd Treasure), GO WEST, GO WEST, TAKE BOX OF
JEWELS (4th Treasure), GO TUNNEL SOUTH.

GO THROUGH DOOR LEFT (to three sets of stairs), GO UP LEFT STAIRS (to long winding road), GO DOWN
ROAD (by lake), TAKE MONEY (dollar and cent - 5th Treasure), GO BACK UP ROAD, GO STAIRS, GO CENTER
STAIRS (you see two dark spots to the north), GO DOOR (in front of a low door), GO WEST ALONG WALL
(safe), TAKE BAG OF PENNIES (6th Treasure), GO EAST ALONG WALL, GO NORTH THROUGH DOOR (to
troll's room), LOOK IN BOTTLE ON SHELF (you don't know what's in it), LOOK IN
FIREPLACE, TAKE SILVER CUP (7th Treasure), GO SOUTH THROUGH DOOR (back in front of low door).

GO EAST TO OUTSIDE (to Troll Underworld/Magic Land), LOOK DOWN WELL (you fall down), TAKE FIDDLE
WORTH A FORTUNE (8th Treasure), CLIMB ROPE, GO EAST (facing two huts), GO INTO HUT ON THE RIGHT (see
three magic pots), PUT HAND IN RIGHT POT (you find a copper penny - 9th Treasure), GO FIREPLACE (hot
coals), GO LEFT (into hut), TAKE TREASURE CHEST (10th Treasure), GO BACK DOOR.

GO CAVE EAST (into dark tunnel), PULL MAGIC RING RIGHT (to seashore), TAKE SILVER SHELL (11th
Treasure), THINK TUNNEL, GO TO THE LIGHT NORTH (in front of a small house), GO INTO HOUSE, TAKE GIFT
FOR THE GUARD (12th Treasure), GO OUT FRONT DOOR, GO CAVE WEST, GO UPPER LEFT PATH, TAKE NECKLACE
(13th Treasure), GO BACK DOWN PATH.

GO DOWN PATH TO LOWER LEFT (large globe), ENTER GLOBE, PULL MIDDLE LEVER, TAKE GOLD BRICK (14th
Treasure), GO THROUGH WEST DOOR (you see a barrel floating in the water), RIDE BARREL THROUGH
OPENING (to shore), TAKE THE POT OF MONEY (15th Treasure), WANDER WEST ALONG SHORE (door into the
dirt bank), GO INTO DOOR (to Troll's Room).

GO SOUTH, GO SOUTH, GO STEPS SOUTH, GO RIGHT STAIRS (to where the guard is), GO TUNNEL NORTH (a bag
of gold is on the shelf), TAKE BAG OF GOLD (16th Treasure - You now have all the treasures), GO
THROUGH CAVE TO THE SOUTH (where guard is), TALK TO GUARD (he says you are very brave and asks you
to leave the cave with him), LEAVE CAVE WITH GUARD (you are outside), TALK TO GUARD (he thanks you
for the treasures - you must pull the troll's tail to end the troll's tale!), PULL THE
TROLL'S TALE.

Great!!  You have won "The Troll's Tale"
"The guard was really King Mark.
