Walkthrough for Put the Moon Back! by Craig Anderson (Part 3 of the moon trilogy. Part 2 is Where Did the Moon Go. Part 1 is The Biggish Tree.) Walkthrough written by Andrew Schultz In the final entry in the trilogy, there's a neat puzzle here to restore order. It's not super tricky, but it revolves around growing and shrinking the moon, which you can't carry when it's large. I took a few stabs to figure it out, which was fun and rewarding and not too taxing, but if you want to save time, the solution's below. You start off in storage, where you ended part 2, with the large moon beside you. When it's large, you can't move it. This accounts for a few of the commands you see later. >S >U >X SIGN >GET GUN >D The gun toggles the moon's size. You can use it only when you're not carrying the moon, because you don't want to know what happens if you, well, shoot your hand. The game doesn't specify it, but the options are pretty clear, and none of them are good. >N >SHOOT MOON Now you can move the moon. First, it is useful to open a new passage. >GET MOON >S >E If you go south you'll notice a shut gate. You can't unlock it, and it's too strong for you to force. >DROP MOOON >SHOOT MOON >PUSH MOON That does the trick! >S >S A new location. The workshop. >GET CATAPULT It's not one of those weapons of war. It's a hand-held one. If you examine it, you see you need a wide-open space. The hill is pretty wide-open, but ... >N >SHOOT MOON >GET MOON >N >W >U ... the rooftop is perfect. >USE CATAPULT >FIRE CATAPULT >SHOOT MOON It's back in the sky at its normal size. You win!
