The Maze by Fermented Software Solution ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Before playing The Maze the game should be reset, otherwise the type of actions taken in previous plays of the game will affect the final score. To reset the game: 1. Start The Maze as normal. 2. On the explanatory text screen press any key. 3. Answer N (enter) to the resume an earlier adventure, printer connected, and learn a little screens. 4. Give your first and second names separated by a space (and press enter). 5. To the prompt "what shall I do?" press the enter key (the picture should disappear). 6. At the second "what shall I do?" prompt type Z (enter), this should quit the game and return to the DOS prompt. 7. At the DOS prompt type RUN ZERO FF (enter). 8. After the disc activity has stopped re-boot the computer to start the game. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note that taking your inventory (i) or checking the map (draw map, or m) reduces the likelihood of you receiving a good grade, and so these commands are omitted from this walk-through.
