Some optional (but significant) commands are shown in parentheses. These can be omitted once you know what to do. This is a pretty awful game. Apart from guess-the-verb, there is a degree of guess-the-noun, a lack of synonyms, very few in-game hints and illogical puzzles that require a crystal ball to read the author's mind. Exits are not shown, so you have to try every one. When there is no exit, sometimes it tells you and sometimes it just returns you to the same room. The beginning of the game makes you feel that there's no point examining things, but you do need to EXAMINE a couple of things mid game. The main redeeming factors are that you cannot get killed and you have an unlimited inventory. On with the game...
