You can check this by typing examine mirror. Room 32: Countryside (1st location mirror) Needed: Plastic bag, transport box In room 23: RUB MIRROR, EXAMINE MIRROR (shows the scene of a lovely piece of countryside),OPEN PLASTIC BAG, WEAR BAG, ENTER MIRROR (the bag protect you from the cyanide), CAST DISPEL MAGIC, TURN WHEEL (you open the portcullis), PRESS BLACK BUTTON (you need the transport box), REMOVE BAG, DROP BAG. You are back in room 23. Room 4B: Huge cavern (4th location mirror) Needed: Nothing In room 23: RUB MIRROR, RUB MIRROR, RUB MIRROR, EXAMINE MIRROR (shows a huge cavern at the far end of which appears to be a low dais of some kind), OPEN SACK, PUT BOX INTO SACK (if the box is inside the brown sack you can put it down without breaking it), DROP ALL, ENTER MIRROR, N, GET WEIGHT, S, W, TIE ROPE TO WEIGHT (you lower the dais and the granite block below the trapdoor in room 46 disappears), E, S. Unfortunately there is a bug in the game which prevents you going south. Fortunately there are 2 solutions to bypass the bug: Solution 1 (if you are playing the game using DOSBox-X): -Enter the debugger by pressing Alt+Pause (or choosing "start DOSBox-X debugger" from the debug menu) -Type: sm 0000 8cf1 1f -Hit enter -Press F5 to return to the game (or click on "start DOSBox-X debugger" from the debug menu) LOOK (you have walked south to the treasure vault), TURN DIAL (the dial spins around a couple of times and comes to rest pointing nought), TURN DIAL TO 6, TURN DIAL TO 2, TURN DIAL TO 7, TURN DIAL TO 9 (As soon as the dial reaches the nine a loud click! is heard and the safe springs open. this is the number of the die roll), GET ALL, N. You have performed your task. You have scored a total of 615 out of 740 giving you the rating of Temple Canon. Location 02. You can OPEN BOTTLE, FILL BOTTLE WITH WATER (in 17), CLOSE BOTTLE. I don't know what is the use of this. -You can kill the rat with the sword and take it. -You can eat the fungi in the forest but it does not have any effect. -Culvert. Is the grating another way to enter the underground area. -You can use the levitation spell to enter the tower from the forest. -While in the elevator down, should you put something in the alcove? -I understood from the game code, the pixie will steal an object sometimes. I know how to prevent this by giving him the whistle, but while I played the game the pixie never stole anything nor was the door to the treehouse locked. Does anyone have a different experience with the pixie or the treehouse door? -The tree in the rose garden is just a trap. The jewels are not a treasure. The same counts for the gold coins in the fountain.
