DODGY GEEZERS

Search the shop with pets for some cure for canine distemper. Follow the 
advice on the matchbook. Ask for a book on sewers (?!) in the library. 

Hide cutters or drop them by the fence. Be at arcade at 100 moves then 
straight to graveyard. Drop your money near Klub till you need it. Meet 
Tweedle in Fishfingers Pub. Go to warehouse after pub "wait" inside. Search 
warehouse. Remember move 100 find the other phone, be in alley off Terminal 
Street by move 185 carrying book. "Pick your team with care". A good idea 
is to "Save" prior to move 185 and pick combinations of gang. The cover 
doesn't tell you to type "T" to find number of turns taken. 

You have been put away for your contribution to the Long Ditton Spaghetti 
Caper and you start in your prison cell. The warder enters and informs you 
that it is your day of release. 

E to the long grey prison corridor, immediately S where Bullet-proof George 
will give you a slip of paper containing a vital telephone number. It is 
Friday morning. If you go N to the governer's office first, George will not 
be in the visitor's room. W to St. Jude's Road, NE to Pork Pie Parade, NE 
to Electricity Street, S to the Korner Kaff where there is a telephone and 
a fire extinguisher. 

Examine paper which says 'Little Ken 943 9999', phone 943 9999 and when 
asked who you want say Ken. Ken answers and gives you a tip for the next 
dog race - Things in Bags. 

N to Electricity Street, E to the tunnel, E to a shabby concrete grandstand 
at the greyhound track. Tweedle is here and asks if you have a tip for him. 
Things in Bags and Tweedle places a bet. There is a race and Things in Bags 
wins. Go and collect your winnings and the pick-axe from the construction 
site, and leave them both outside the snooker club. Be careful with your 
timing. 

Meet Tweedle in the warehouse, hang around then search the place 
thoroughly. Read matchbox to provide entrance to the club. 

Enter the club and buy generously. Hang around in the graveyard at the 
witching hour. 

Hi-Score is where you would expect him to be. Get a book from the library 
based on the advice given by Soapy, Tweedle and Cracker. 

Listen to the pub phone at lunch time. Let Mr Video in on the job, collect 
the pickaxe and meet the Geezers in the alley. 

Examine all wanted posters to establish the members of your gang.

You commence in a dark alley, full of non-returnable bottles, cardboard 
boxes, Kentucky Fried Chicken cartons and slime. You have Soapy and Mr 
Vodeo with you and are carrying a pair of wire cutters, a pickaxe, a piece 
of paper, the Oxford book of sewers, a box of matches and Doggi-Snooz 
pills. 

W to Terminal Street and cut fence, S to the car breakers yard where there 
are two hungry looking Dobermans. Drop pills and the dobermans go to sleep. 

NW to the yard manager's hut, examine hut to see a small primus stove, a 
desk, a tiny fridge, a carpet and a calendar. Lift carpet to see a manhole 
cover, lift cover. 

D to the top of a rusty ladder, light match to see you are in the sewers, D 
to a disgustingly smelly filthy sewer, W to a sewer too horrible to 
describe, where there is an old oil lamp. Get and light lamp. D to an old 
rusty ladder leaning to the nastiest part of the sewer system, D to the 
sewer with a ladder and inspection point 7, block 6, drain 6. 

W to the sewer with a plopping noise, N to an unspeakably filthy sewer, E 
to the sewer with a ladder and inspection point 7, block 4, drain 6. 

U to an old rusty ladder and it is Saturday night. U to the sewer with the 
rats, E to an unspeakably filthy sewer, N to a sewer too horrible to 
describe where Soapy decides you are under the bank and takes the pickaxe 
and digs a hole. 

Push grating (until it opens) and go U to the corridor by a steel vault. N 
to Justin Perrier's office where there is an open skylight. Examine office 
to see filing cabinets, shelves, a leather chair and a desk. Examine 
shelves to see a diary which you cannot reach...
