SEARCH FOR THE WONDERFUL WHOTSIT

Scenario  
There are known to be five Wonderful Whotsits in existence and over 
many years you have managed to acquire four of them. You desperately 
want to locate the fifth to complete your collection. As it happens 
you've heard on the grapevine that the fifth one is somewhere in the 
vicinity of the local village, Leaky Bottom.  
 
Walk Through  
(Start in your lounge), INVENTORY (you have a cheque and are wearing 
clothes and shoes), EXAMINE CHEQUE (payable to Adventure Probe for a 
years subscription), LOOK UNDER SOFA (you see an object but cannot 
reach it), MOVE SOFA (you find a box of chocolates), EXAMINE 
CHOCOLATES (note "roses"), EXAMINE WHOTSITS, W (hallway), S 
(road outside your house), EXAMINE GATE (it's a toll-gate and you 
need a pound coin which you don't have), E, EXAMINE WALL, EXAMINE 
BRICKS (see a face staring back at you), EXAMINE FACE (a troll), TALK 
TO TROLL (has an itchy nose), SCRATCH NOSE (the wall swivels and you 
pass through to the other side, the SoSo Corral), EXAMINE HORSE, TALK 
TO HORSE (can't hear you because of the music), EXAMINE TROUGH (dry), 
LOOK UNDER TROUGH (find the source of the music, a ghettoblaster), 
GET GHETTOBLASTER (horse won't let you unless you help him), EXAMINE 
GHETTOBLASTER, LOOK UNDER GHETTOBLASTER (see label – note numbers 
735), TURN OFF GHETTOBLASTER (silence), TALK TO HORSE (want's a 
record by Roy Rogers).

DUSTBIN (a disguised dalek), EXAMINE DALEK, TALK TO DALEK, SHOW 
POSTER (dalek recognises the doctor and self-destructs), EXAMINE 
WRECKAGE, SEARCH WRECKAGE (find some chicken drumsticks), EXAMINE 
DRUMSTICKS, SEARCH WRECKAGE (again – this time you find the body of 
the dalek), EXAMINE DEAD DALEK, NE, E, N (outside nightclub), EXAMINE 
BEETLE (actually Ringo Starr), EXAMINE RINGO, TALK TO RINGO (he has 
lost his drumsticks), GIVE DRUMSTICKS (he gives you a scrubbing brush 
in return).

with a metal door set into the hillside), EXAMINE DOOR (has a square 
hole), INSERT KEY (you enter a square room and the door slams shut 
behind you), EXAMINE DOOR (has no keyhole and you'll have to find 
another way out), EXAMINE OTTOMAN (note it has a spring-loaded lid 
and don't stand on it or the lid breaks), SIT ON OTTOMAN, SIT ON 
OTTOMAN, EXAMINE DARTBOARD (note bull), UNSCREW POLE (from the net), 
WEAR PARACHUTE, PUSH BULL WITH POLE (must be sitting on the ottoman 
and wearing the parachute – the lid springs open ejecting you through 
the hole..... you are in the remains of an Indian camp).  
 
EXAMINE POLE (totem), GET SCALP, EXAMINE SCALP, EXAMINE FACES (note 
baby is holding a rattle), FEEL RATTLE (it emerges from a hole in the
